When Dan explained to me that I would be free from worry after a course of sessions, I'm afraid to say that I didn't believe him. He was recommended to me by my doctor and after completing my CBT course I now have a different viewpoint on worry. With the practical step by step skills that he taught me I can deal with problems and feel I have overcome my anxiety. He is always caring, kind and understanding and goes at my pace.
